The basic charge of the START initiative is to insure that the Art is protected and passed on.  It's goals are to inspire and motivate Federation Officials, Sa Bom and Kyo Sa to protect and pass on the Art, and educate them about how to do this by using and expanding on their existing skills.

The START initiative will support these members (and in some manner, all members) to share the Gift of Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan, created for us by the Founder and enriched Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang and all practitioners to date.
