What is the difference between Kyo Bom Blue and Kyo Bom Red certification?

How do I know which Kyo Bom Certification to apply for since there are two of them?

If you have been through the Jo Kyo and Kyo Sa process then you will qualify for the Blue Kyo Bom certification.  If you have not yet been through Jo Kyo and Kyo Sa, then you would qualify for the Red Kyo Bom certification.  The designation (based on coloring of the rocker) identifies if you're on the certified instructor track or not.
