Members who are testing for 4th Dan, who will be 21 years of age at the time of their testing, are eligible to certify for Kyo Bom. Members will be required to obtain the Kyo Bom workbook 12 months in advance of their testing date. For next year's Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa, given the Kyo Bom process will take effect less than a year prior to the testing, the minimum 12 months lead time will be waived.
