The Kyo Bom Certification Program document recently published by TAC indicates Kyo Sa may not sit on Dan Exam Boards.

Per the new guidelines a Ko Dan Ja Master who is a Kyo Sa is ineligible to score on a Dan Exam Board as that privilege has been elevated to Kyo Bom Blue.
However, at their discretion REX "might" seat a Master without scoring authority on a Dan Exam Board honorarily.
